  1. How can I place an order online?
  • To shop online, follow these steps:
  • Visit fatizah.pk
  • Select the item you like.
  • Choose the color, size (if applicable), and click ‘buy now.’
  • If you wish to add more items to your cart, click on ‘continue shopping.’
  • Click on ‘next’ to proceed.
  • Provide your address and details.
  • Confirm your order by clicking on ‘i confirm my order.’
  • Pay cash on delivery.
  1. What is your order cancellation policy?
  • Within three business days of placing an order, we will attempt to confirm the details via phone calls, whatsapp and emails multiple times. If we do not receive a response, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • To modify or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp chat. We kindly ask that any changes be made within 12 hours before the order is dispatched.
  • Orders that show signs of fraudulent activity will be automatically canceled. Similarly, orders from customers with a history of poor order behavior will be canceled unless prepaid.
  1. What is your exchange & return policy?
  • We offer a 15-day exchange and return policy on all products.
  • You can send the parcel back to us through any courier company at the following address: FATIZAH store, near Rawalpindi Leprosy Hospital (RLH), Zafar-ul-Haq road, Rawalpindi.
  • Please ensure that items are unused and retain all original tags and packaging (if any).
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund, excluding delivery charges.
  • Delivery charges will only be refunded if the product delivered to you was damaged.
  1. What is the delivery time for orders?
  • We strive to ship orders daily, with an aim to deliver within 48 hours. However, delivery to some cities may take additional time, so we estimate 4-5 working days for all orders.

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  1. Can you hold my order?
  • Yes, we can hold your parcel for 3-4 days after receiving an advance payment.

  • Yes, you can place an order by calling us Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the following number:

  1. Do you charge for delivery?
  • Yes, there is a delivery fee of 199/- for orders below PKR 2999/-.
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept both cash on delivery and prepaid payment methods.
  1. How can I track my order after it's been shipped?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number on the WhatsApp number provided.
  1. What is your policy on damaged or defective items?
  • We take great care to ensure top-quality products are delivered to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please send detailed pictures to our WhatsApp number (0303-5467494). We will either reship the product or refund the full amount, as per your preference.
