At Fatizah.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy on all eligible items — because we believe shopping for your kids should always be worry-free.

✅ How to Return or Exchange an Item

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. First, contact our team on WhatsApp at 0303-5467494 within 7–15 days of receiving your order.
    Briefly explain the issue and share clear photos if needed.

  2. After receiving approval, send the item via any reliable courier service to the following address:

    Near Leprosy Hospital Glass Factory Chowk, Zafar-ul-Haq Road, Rawalpindi

  3. Once dispatched, please WhatsApp us the courier slip with tracking number for reference.

Make sure the product:

    • Is unused and unwashed

    • Has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (if applicable)

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

      • Process an exchange or

      • Issue a refund (excluding delivery charges)

       

📌 Important Notes

  • Refund of delivery charges is only applicable if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Items returned due to change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer will not have delivery charges refunded.

  • Products on clearance, sale, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

🔄 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed as store credit or back to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after we receive your return
